Wat is Body Control Pilates?
Pilates is a way of exercise, developed in the last century by Joseph Pilates.
He himself called the method Contrology.

Body Control Pilates was set up, in 1996, to bring benefits of Pilates to all by developing a system of exercises based on Joseph Pilates’ full mat repertoire breaking it down to make it available to all levels of fitness.
Training according to Body Control Pilates is new in the Netherlands.
Each exercise is subject to the 6 principles of Pilates:
- precision of movement
- flowing movement
